Dear Alison
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for
your excellent work in providing our wedding cake. The cake
both looked fantastic and tasted superb - this was commented
on by a number of our guests.
We both work in areas, which encompass customer service.
Many organisations espouse the virtues of good customer
service but to actually receive it is rare - on this occasion
we most definitely have received it.
